Anaís has managed and conducted nationwide polls of Latinos and her work has focused on
analyzing Latino partisanship in America and the development of political affiliation across Latino backgrounds. Anaís collaborates with clients on research design, implementation, and data analysis for quantitative and qualitative projects.
Kim has conducted focus groups and surveys across Arizona and California that focused on analyzing young Latino voters’ public opinion regarding the 2020 presidential elections. She also leads the translating of survey documents in Spanish to properly grasp the public opinion of Spanish-speaking voters.
Dr. Nuño-Perez brings almost eight years of experience writing for NBCNews-Latino,
covering politics, immigration, political campaigns, and life stories of Latinos making
their imprint on the American story. He has written over 200 articles for NBCNews
since 2012, making him one of the most widely read Latino public voices in academia.
Elias has conducted multiple surveys across a national landscape that have focused on understanding Latino views on climate change and how Covid-19 has impacted the Latino community. Elias collaborates with clients on survey programing in order to deliver high-quality results.

She has helped conduct research for various other topics, including sanctuary city resolutions and redistricting in New Mexico, and their impact on the Latino community.
