Elias has conducted multiple, national surveys focused on understanding Latino views on climate change and how Covid-19 has impacted the Latino community. Elias’ expertise with survey programing delivers clients high-quality results.

Elias Rodarte has conducted multiple, national surveys on Latino policy preferences across a wide array of topics from the economy to climate change. Elias collaborates with clients on survey programming, design, and data collection to deliver high-quality results. During the 2022 midterm election, Elias collaborated with NALEO to produce a biweekly poll that tracked Latino sentiment ahead of election day. Rodarte also worked on multiple studies tracking the 2022 elections in California, including the Los Angeles mayor’s race.

Elias earned his B.A. in Political Science from the University of California-Los Angeles.
