Sylvia Manzano,PhD

Vice President of Operations

Sylvia brings more than 15 years of experience in public opinion research and analysis. She coordinates between BSP and its clients, vendors and staff, to plan, implement, and produce projects.

Sylvia has extensive expertise and led projects on youth, education, parents of young children, and reproductive rights. She has led efforts to develop interactive web-tools for end-users of our data and that of clients.

Sylvia is a native Texan and she holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Arizona.
